Merrimac
Merrimac is located on the floodplains in the central region of the Gold Coast.
It is situated between the Robina Parkway in the east and the M1 Motorway in the west. Its proximity to all the city’s major attractions has ensured it has become popular.
There are a number of major shopping centres in the suburbs surrounding Merrimac. Robina Town Centre is a ten minute drive and features 220 stores.
The Lakelands Golf Club is close by. It is an 18-hole par 72 resort style golf course designed by Jack Nickalus. It has been voted Queensland’s best conditioned course for the past seven years by the Australian Golf Course Guide.
